PRICING
Gold-Art’s services are priced on an individual basis. Prices are repeatable and stable for a given Client. We are doing our best to offer competitive market prices, correlated with order quality.
Order type and size (e.g. number of castings).
Type of metal.
Other conditions important for order execution, e.g. stone setting and casting method (e.g. whether casting
should include natural stones, such as diamonds).
Payment method and delivery costs.

ORDER EXECUTION
LEAD TIME
1-2 weeks
The lead time depends on the order type and size. We will inform you about the expected date of order completion.
Prices and payment
Determined on the date of dispatch
The price depends on the metal price of a given day. For larger orders, a binder of 33% of the order value is required.
DELIVERY
Polish Post
In the case of payment by bank transfer, the order is sent on the day of receipt of funds. All shipments are insured.
COMPLAINTS
Quality assurance
Should a production defect be identified, or an error on our side, the order will be replaced free of charge. Such circumstances must be reported within 5 days from the date of order delivery.

You are welcome to submit your orders via our online form. Before placing the order, please read carefully the sales conditions as well as information provided below, which is necessary for us to execute the order.
To ensure that orders are executed efficiently and in accordance with your expectations, please include in your order all the important information required for its execution.
Company data required for billing purposes, and contact details (phone no., e-mail).
Type of order (Castings / Production of rubber moulds / 3D design / 3D printing, etc.)
Details (material, description, recommendations)
Regarding castings: type of metal, carat/fineness and colour (we offer castings after cleaning and pickling, together with ingot).
Regarding rubber moulds: provide recommendations, if necessary. Otherwise, rubber will be produced as suggested by the submitted model.
Regarding 3D designs: detailed description is required, including dimensions and design recommendations. For unspecified details, it is assumed that they will be assessed and decided by an in-house designer. Any subsequent changes will be charged extra.
